Denise is a trailblazer in people and culture topics, combining over 15 years of Senior HR leadership with a sharp focus on transformation.
As the former Chief People officer for a global leader in customer data science, and as a qualified executive coach, she knows how to drive change that sticks. From re-imagining people strategies to shaping governance and culture, Denise brings insight and energy to help leaders and organisations thrive in a rapidly evolving world.
Throughout her career, Denise has worked with and led global teams at all levels of an organisation, including Boards, C-suite and Leadership teams.
She has worked across various sectors from Technology, Data & Analytics and FMCG, as well as with clients in Financial Services, Property Development, Transport, Healthcare and Performing Arts.
Denise offers business coaching and mentoring to executives, leaders and ambitious professionals. She also offers consultancy, supporting interim projects in the HR and transformation space.
She is a qualified Executive Coach from Henley Business School and a Board Trustee and Renumeration Committee Chair for Brain Tumour Research.
